Ouachita ATV Club Ouachita ATV Club is in the mountains of Arkansas, the Ouachita Mountains. Based in a central location with numerous trails area wide. The trails available are with in minutes of each other and many areas to camp as well. We are a club that is family oriented, group safety, assistance to local law enforcement when the need for search and recovery. OAC is based west of Mena.
