RE/Max Mena Real Estate has been a Chamber member since they opened their doors in the community in 1994. The company originally was known as Mena Real Estate and in 2001 Ferrel and Sharon Cole purchased the company, later selling it to Kevin and Rebecca Smallwood, who both have worked more than ten years with the company. RE/Max is a real estate company known for buying, selling, and rental properties. With ten licensed agents/brokers and two employees they are one of the most well-known businesses in Mena and the Polk County area.

Their agents and staff consistently work with Special Olympics and CASA, in addition to many other local fundraisers and civic organizations, along with helping Cossatot River School District with real-life education on budgeting. Their office is a RE/MAX Miracle Office and has been for years in which 100% of the agents donate a portion of each sales commission earned to the Children's Miracle Network. Their donations go directly to our Arkansas Children's Hospital monthly. Their office has for years provided a $500 scholarship to a recipient attending Rich Mountain Community College, and last year raised that amount to $1000, and have again adjusted it to be able to provide 2, $1,000 Scholarships to two deserving recipients.
Even though Mena is small, the office has been recognized for several state and regional production awards. RE/Max Mena Real Estate agents are honored consistently for their top agents and outstanding sales teams in Arkansas with RE/MAX Regional Services, as well as with the Arkansas Realtors Association. These awards are received by 100% of their producing agents, both with RE/MAX and ARA for 2021. Their Administrator is licensed but seen as Administration with both RE/MAX and ARA, and not an actively producing agent. Although, they want the reminder of her being a vital team member to every person who walks into their office.
Their vision through the years, and now is to help sales associates become successful while caring for clients and customers - teaching and training them to be successful, while caring for and helping their clients and customers with their real estate needs.
